All Sales Are Final Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our botanical oils, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction or allergic reactions. It is the customer's responsibility to review the full ingredient list (Arnica, Ginger, White Willow Bark, Comfrey, Rosemary, beeswax and Olive Oil) before purchase. We strongly recommend performing a small patch test on the inner wrist before full use.

Damages If your order arrives physically damaged (leaking or broken) due to shipping, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
