Our salve uses this same infused oil and adds beeswax to create a more solid, targeted application that stays where you need it.

Each plant was chosen for a reason — rooted in traditional herbalism and long-standing folk use:
Arnica flower – often the first plant reached for after bumps, bruises, and sore, overworked muscles
Comfrey (leaf + root) – known as “knitbone,” “bone knitter,” or “bone stitcher,” long used in herbal traditions for supporting both surface-level and deeper areas that feel worn down or strained
White willow bark – a well-known botanical associated with easing discomfort, used for centuries in traditional remedies
Rosemary – tied to circulation, movement, and clarity — helps bring warmth and flow to the area and supports absorption
Ginger root – warming and stimulating, helps “wake up” areas that feel tight, stiff, or stagnant

how to use it

Apply a small amount directly to the area and massage it in using slow, circular motions. Your skin will drink it up — that’s the good stuff getting to work.
Start small (about a dime-sized amount) and build from there. A little really does go a long way.

You can use it 3–4 times a day, especially at the beginning. As things start to ease up, most people drop down to once or twice daily.
Listen to your body — it usually knows what it needs.

For best results, apply to clean skin — slightly damp is even better. Right after a shower is kind of perfect. Warmth helps drive the oil deeper into the tissue and can enhance the effect.
Apply the oil first, let it absorb for a few minutes, then apply gentle heat if desired.
